Sister to Wilma! Current reigning Herd Queen!
Kidded TWINS in April 2016. Her 2016 Buckling had the 2nd highest Farm Index rating at 114.66! Her 2014 Doeling (Pinkie) was our 1st registered NKR goat sold at AKI in 2015! More twins in 2017!
All of our unregistered Kiko Does come from registered stock, but were never registered because the original buyers were not interested in paying extra for registration. These Does were part of our original herd, before we transitioned to registered Kikos in 2013. They remain in our herd today because they have proven themselves with top-performing kids, are extremely low-maintenance, have very good health, & stellar parasite resistance! They are all sired by registered 100% New Zealand Bucks & either registered percentage Kiko Does or registered full-blood Boers. They are well documented goats, so we never refer to them as "commercial," but as "unregistered." Bucklings from these Does are sold unregistered. Doe kids can be registered as 50% Kiko, although they are technically a much higher percentage (75%-88% Kiko). Their kids have always been expected to perform as well as all of the other kids. They step up to the plate every year & their kids have competed head-to-head with the registered kids & have proven that Kikos should be judged on performance, not percentage or papers! Check out their proposed pedigrees created with information & documentation obtained from the original breeder!
